Studies show that employees (millennials and Gen Z) want to work for a company that they trust and have a good reputation in society. Employees have shown that they care deeply about working for companies that are committed to doing the right thing.

According to the 2019 Edelman Trust Barometer, which surveyed employees around the globe, 58% of general population employees say they look to their employer to be a trustworthy source of information about contentious societal issues. This public relations spotlight panel examined trends and the advent of "fake news" across India and how companies should respond to this growing risk.
