BELA member Schnitzer Steel has launched an employee ethics recognition program called Ethics in Action. In this document, they describe a little bit about the rationale for the program and its eventual rollout and early evolution. Included in this is a template “Manager’s Message” and the all-employee announcement email soliciting nominations from Callie Pappas, Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer.
